Shipping

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).
Most orders ship within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥800.
Free shipping on orders of ¥13,000 or more.

Delivery times vary depending on location (estimated: 1–3 days after dispatch).
Delays may occur due to weather or carrier conditions.

International shipping is available, with rates calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items only.

Please contact us by email before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

If the item is defective or sent in error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges.
Please refer to the Size Guide before purchasing.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
