Return & Exchange Request Period

Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

 

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • The item has only been tried on, with no stains, odors, or damage
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging are included
  • The item is in resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
When trying on for size, please wear an undergarment to keep the item in perfect condition.

As a small brand, we handle each piece with care.
We appreciate your understanding.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After confirming the issue, we will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement with the same item (subject to availability)
  • A full refund

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

 

Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns due to customer preference (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind)
are accepted only if the item is unused and unwashed.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Actual shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount

If you have any questions regarding sizing or product details,
we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

 

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are limited to one time per order and are subject to stock availability.

Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refused Delivery or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to us due to refused delivery or prolonged absence,
the following costs will be deducted from the refund:

  • Original shipping fee
  • Return shipping fee
  • Any applicable handling fees

 

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected,
a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card provider,
it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used items
  • Washed items
  • Sale or limited-edition items
  • Items altered, repaired, or cleaned by the customer
  • Natural changes due to material characteristics (such as shrinkage or texture variation)

 

About Hemp Fabric

Due to the natural properties of hemp fiber,
slight shrinkage and texture changes may occur after washing or use.

These are not considered defects,
but part of the material’s natural character.
